1. We ensure you have access to the technology you need.
2. Provide step-by-step written and visual instruction for joining the virtual visit.
3. Use HIPAA-Secure Platforms.
4. Provide test session and ensure availability of extender (e.g., caregiver, family member, nurse, etc.) who is trained to help.
