Cancellation Policy

We understand that life with a little one can be unpredictable! Here's our refund and cancellation policy to help keep things clear and flexible: Single Class Purchases: Cancellations at least 24 hours before the class: Full refund or option to transfer to another date (if available). Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows: No refunds, but you may request a one-time transfer to another class if space allows. 3-Class Bundle Purchases: Cancellations at least 24 hours before the class: Full refund or option to transfer to another date (if available). Cancellations within 24 hours and no shows: We’re unable to offer a full refund, as space and preparation are already committed. However, if you’ve already attended one or more classes, you will receive a partial refund for the remaining classes that are cancelled. If you’ve already attended one or more classes: You’ll receive a partial refund for any future classes that meet the 24-hour cancellation window.
